Every session on the 6 Week Challenge is led by a Personal trainer / Coach, so you will never be left in the gym on your own, not knowing what to do, this ensures quality movement, resulting in less injuries and increased calorie burn

Yes, we want to support people getting fitter, stronger and healthier, but we also want to have fun. During the 6 weeks you will become a member of a tight knit group who are always striving to be better, whilst having a laugh along the way

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the sessions?

We have over 70 sessions per week to choose from between 6am-12pm & 4pm-8pm, every weekday plus Saturday mornings at

7am - 12pm  -  you can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

Where is your gym?

Our gym is located in Camperdown Industrial Estate, Killingworth

Do I have to be fit?

Nope. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get leaner, fitter and stronger over the course of the 6 weeks. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

What if I have aches or pains?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with slight joint niggles – so you’re in good hands!

What if I register then change my mind?

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

What happens after the 6 Week Challenge?

It’s completely your choice. You can become a full member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.

What if I need to miss days during the 6 week Challenge?

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
