My Story
When I was younger I used to be really skinny.
Yes I was even more skinny than I am today. But this is actually as true story In my early twenties I once got blown off a sun-lounger on holiday because I was so skinny. In full view of my mates and some girls we were chatting to I can see you thinking though. Why are you complaining about being skinny?
Well just like you might know someone who hates being overweight, I hated being skinny. I mean really hated it! I couldn’t get onto the rugby team at school because I wasn’t big enough. I used to get bullied by the bigger lads at school.
So you see..
Even though I might not have ever been overweight, I know how it feels to want to change your body, because you are unhappy in your present condition. I understand your fears and frustrations Because I have been there myself. As I got older, I allowed my lifestyle to get the better of me. I had an office job, working for a bank Managing over 50 staff at one point. Very stressful at times.
I used to think I was “healthy” because I went to the gym. But I used to binge drink every weekend. As a result I was like a zombie. On a monday morning, I used to rely on coffee getting me through the day. I felt like crap And looked like it too. Then by the time Friday came around, I was feeling fresh and ready to do it all over again. So what happened? Well I got so sick of being skinny. I knew something needed to change.
I decided to take action. Like you taken action by coming here today.
I actually hired a trainer and discovered I had a passion for training and nutrition. Went through a career change at work. I decided to study nutrition and to study training. From some of the best coaches around the world. And realised I also had a passion for helping people, just like YOU...
My Beliefs
I believe that transforming your body should be an enjoyable process.
