This is perfect for those people who want to lose weight and tone up those problem areas but also have to balance hectic lives with works and looking after children.

Our members who choose this option, want sustainable results, but are happy to take a little longer in reaching them as their lifestyles are so busy they cannot commit to more than 3 training sessions per week:

You will train in 3 small group sessions per week so that you will train your full body enough to get a huge change in fitness and also in your figure. You receive a healthy recipe cook book so that you can still enjoy food but without having to add extra naughty calories that will hold you back from losing the weight you want to.

Your progress will be measured through a combination of bodyfat, inches, scales weight plus before and after photos so that we can track your progress together and make any necessary adjustments to your diet plan as you move through the training systems.

We also hold you accountable with weekly updates so that you follow through on the actions that you say you are going to do.
We also have flexible training times, so you are not locked into training at the same times on the same day every week.
