Small Group PT = Small Group Personal Training 

(Max 6 People per session)

Team Training = Group Strength & Conditioning, HIIT Sessions and Boxercise 

(Max 20 People per session

All Gym Sessions are 45 mins long 

**Please note that we are closed from 12pm Saturday and also closed all day Sunday
