So 1 week ago,
I set Anna a challenge…
To quit sugar for 7 days
Yesterday, was results day…
And she had successfully completed her challenge, well apart from a rogue TicTac on day two 😉
Before she started this challenge, she felt tired, bloated and always relied on her chocolate biscuit tin in the office for a 3pm energy “fix” to give her a boost.
Now, after 7 days sugar free
She feels very different. In a good way
Oh, and she has lost 2lbs, all just my making a very simple change to her daily habits
